En 1895, Georges Méliès découvre le cinématographe. Depuis, il en fait son outil de prédilection, en produisant une multitude de films qui nous enchantent jusqu’ à nos jours.
En associant ses talents de magicien aux trucages du montage, il crée des univers qui lui sont propre, en posant sa marque de fabrique. Voici un petit hommage à un des premiers homme à avoir compris la puissance et la véritable magie du cinéma.

In 1895, George Méliès discovered the cinematographer. He since used it to make a numerous amount of films that still enchant us today.
By combining his talents as a magician to the tricks of editing, he created his own magical worlds, that became thus his trademark. This is a small tribute to one of the first men to have understood the power and true magic of cinema.
